Digi60 (Short film festival)

The festival asked me to define the brand identity for its 2023 edition, from the creation of mood boards to the execution of a consistent brand presence across all content, such as videos, banners, posters and other visuals.
I create bilingual visual, video and written content for all Digi60 channels, including website, blog, social media (Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), newsletter and .pdf documents for external stakeholders.
Selected Projects
Kenny Hayes (musician)

Kenny requested my services to build the brand to the launch of his music career as a recording artist on all major music streaming platforms.
I created all the visuals and copy for his official website, which I also designed, published and still edit regularly. I photographed the cover art for Kenny's first EP Lightning...And Other Fears (2022), and I conceived the visuals and graphics for streaming platforms, social media and print formats to promote music concerts.

Kenny Hayes (musician)
I edited Kenny's first lyric video for his single My Mind Goes Like (Nanana), released in April 2023 on music streaming platforms. The video was launched to celebrate the single's milestone of 20,000 streams on Spotify.

I also photographed and designed the single cover, as well as additional artwork to promote the song and music gigs following its release.

Kenny Hayes (musician)

From March 2020 to May 2021, I coached Kenny to create, promote, and perform 25 music concerts livestreamed on his Facebook page, reaching over 55,000 people and growing his total followers by 82%.
I edited video, visual and written content for his social media channels, building awareness about the concerts; operated equipment during the live sessions; moderated comments from viewers in real time.
Kenny’s Physical Distancing Sessions received the Shine On Award from Orpheus Musical Theatre, due to their contribution to the well-being of the Ottawa community during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Orpheus Musical Theatre
I have contributed to this century-old theatre company and not-for-profit since 2018, both as a freelancer and a volunteer to their marketing initiatives.

I edited the organization's website to improve responsive navigation and facilitate access to ticket sales for its theatre productions.
I activated and ran paid campaigns on digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube) to promote ticket sales for ten theatre productions so far, in accordance with the digital marketing budget. These efforts helped increase Orpheus’ total followers on Facebook by 25% from January 2019 to March 2021 and had a significant impact on theatre ticket sales.

Brazilian Citizenship Council of Ontario (CONCID Ontario)

I was part of team organizing, producing, promoting, and livestreaming 9 days of online events aimed at engaging the local Brazilian and Portuguese 2SLGBTQI communities in cultural performances and debates during Pride Month in 2021.
All debates and performances were livestreaned on CONCID Ontario's YouTube channel and featured 2SLGBTQI activists, as well as members of the Brazilian and Portuguese communities in Canada, Brazil and Portugal.
I created promotional content for social media, and graphics for the live broadcasts on YouTube. I also produced and hosted one of the live events.

apt 613 (YouTube channel)
I assisted this Ottawa non-profit to improve the SEO strategy of its official YouTube channel, apt613 TV, which covers artistic and cultural events in the Canadian capital.
I guided the team on how to optimize thumbnails, titles, tags, descriptions and other channel elements. I edited some of the content already published, and here are some examples of improvements I implemented to the Ottawa Minute series, ensuring a more visually appealing identity.

Globo (Brazilian TV network)
Here is some of my work as a digital content executive for Globo, the largest commercial TV network in Latin America. From 2014 to 2016, I coordinated the digital content projects for reality TV shows such as Big Brother, The Voice, and The Voice Kids.
For the singing competitions, I helped produce web shows that extended the TV experience. The idea behind The Voice Web and The Voice Kids Web was to lead and keep a constant conversation about the TV shows on social media, rewarding the most loyal fans of these formats with daily exclusive content. The same hosts and coaches of the TV shows starred in the web shows.

Globo (Brazilian TV network)
Big Brother, the reality show format with the highest ratings in Brazilian television, gave me the opportunity to partner with major players in the digital market, such as Facebook (Meta), for innovative engagement solutions at the time they were implemented.
In 2015, as part of a project I coordinated, Big Brother was the first entertainment TV show in Brazil to use Facebook’s live video feature. The evicted houseguests went live on Big Brother’s Facebook page right after leaving the house to talk to fans and have their first interaction with the outside world.
Regarding this partnership, Meta published the following article:
